Implementing a separation

Abstract The outcome of the initial phase of method development, whether or not resulting from the completion of the Checklist, is a proposed plan. The main factor influencing the plan is shaped by the existing methods that evolved during the process. The more these methods are developed and the better their area of application matches the proposed method, the less method development will be necessary.
