Abstract This chapter presents the breakthrough of UHPLC in the anti-doping field. This technique allows reduced analysis time and enhanced resolution for complex separation of doping agents in biological matrix. We will see through the history of doping and doping tests that UHPLC is becoming a major technique for Doping Control Analysis.
