2. Factorial design. How does it work?

Abstract Factorial designs allow the simultaneous evaluation and optimization of experimental variables in a sample prep method. This is achieved by statistical analysis of the data obtained from a factorial design experiment. This tutorial teaches the basics steps and skills required to analyze a factorial design.
