UHPLC Columns

Abstract This chapter contains a detailed description of the various column chemistries for UHPLC separations and how to determine and adjust selectivity for routine method development. We will describe the influence of mobile phase pH, elution solvent, and stationary phase chemistry on peak elution order and peak shape, and present recommendations for method development screening, as well as resources for choosing columns for UHPLC separations.
